1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the RecoverlyRX website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RecoverlyRX, LLC ("RecoverlyRX," "we," "us," or "our").
2Service Description
RecoverlyRX is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for the evaluation, treatment, and management of certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
For chronic pain, inflammation, and immune system support
Suboxone Treatment
Medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder
Subutex Treatment
Buprenorphine monotherapy for specialized cases
Our Service includes online consultations, treatment plan development, prescription services, and ongoing care coordination. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals who are authorized to practice in your state of residence.
Important: RecoverlyRX is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent medical needs. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility Requirements
To use our Service, you must:

- • Be a legal resident of the United States
- • Reside in a state where we are licensed to provide services
- • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- • Provide accurate and complete registration information
Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. RecoverlyRX will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4Medical Services and Limitations
Provider-Patient Relationship
RecoverlyRX facilitates the creation of provider-patient relationships between you and licensed healthcare professionals. We do not practice medicine directly but provide the platform and infrastructure for telehealth consultations.
Medical Limitations
Our Service Does NOT Include:
- • Emergency medical care or urgent care services
- • Treatment for life-threatening conditions
- • Surgical procedures or invasive treatments
- • Diagnosis or treatment requiring physical examination
- • Controlled substances outside our approved treatment protocols
Treatment Outcomes
While our providers use evidence-based treatment approaches, we cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes. Individual responses to treatment may vary, and you should maintain regular communication with your provider about your progress and any concerns.
5State Licensing and Geographic Restrictions
Licensed States
RecoverlyRX operates under the licensing requirements of each state where we provide services. Our healthcare providers are licensed in the states where they provide care, and we comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

We are continuously expanding our service area. If your state is not currently supported, you may join our waitlist to be notified when services become available.

Geographic Restrictions
You may only receive services while physically located within a state where RecoverlyRX is licensed to provide telehealth services. You are responsible for informing us if you change your state of residence or if you will be traveling outside your home state during treatment.
Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, false addresses, or other means is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services.
6Prescription Policies
Prescription Authority
All prescriptions are issued by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent medical judgment following appropriate evaluation. RecoverlyRX does not influence prescribing decisions and maintains strict clinical protocols.
Prescription Requirements

Prescription Monitoring

We work with licensed, accredited pharmacies throughout the United States. Medications are dispensed through our network of specialty and compounding pharmacies, with direct-to-patient shipping available in most areas.
7User Responsibilities
As a user of RecoverlyRX services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

10Payment Terms
Payment Methods
RecoverlyRX accepts various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible treatments. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors.
Insurance Policy
At this time, RecoverlyRX operates as a cash-pay service and does not accept traditional health insurance. However, you may use HSA/FSA funds for eligible treatments.
We provide detailed receipts that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Refund Policy

11Account Termination
Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will retain access to your medical records as required by law, but will no longer be able to receive new prescriptions or consultations.
Involuntary Termination
RecoverlyRX reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:
Immediate Termination
- • Fraudulent information or identity
- • Selling or distributing medications
- • Threatening or abusive behavior
- • Attempting to hack the system
- • Violation of federal or state laws
Termination with Notice
- • Non-compliance with treatment plans
- • Repeated missed appointments
- • Failure to provide required information
- • Non-payment of fees
- • Inappropriate conduct
Post-Termination
Following account termination, RecoverlyRX will maintain your medical records as required by law but will not provide ongoing care or prescriptions. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees and must arrange alternative care with another provider.
12Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECOVERYRX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.

RecoverlyRX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.
